What is processing time and how does it impact my order?

Each order is handmade and custom made. Processing time is the actual time it takes to build and program your Jewelry Messenger piece.

All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday.

While your order is processing, you may see the “processing” status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to “shipped” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
